Manteca Adult School
Arabella has worked with students at Manteca Adult School for 8 years. She has always had a desire to see people realize their potential and fulfill their dreams. She has worked with companies for years in hiring staff which helps her understand what a student needs to enter the workforce. Whether it be a conversation, a workshop or you enroll in one of her classes Arabella will take time to hear where you are and where you want to go and help you with steps to get there.
As an Outreach Liaison at Manteca Adult School, I support marginalized adult learners—including those pursuing High School Equivalency, Career Technical Education, or English Language proficiency—in their transition to higher education and the workforce. My personal journey, returning to school after 35 years to earn my High School Equivalency and college degrees, fuels my passion. I understand their challenges and strive to create empowering environments, paying forward the support I received. I believe in lifelong learning, social equity, and second chances.

Lodi Adult School
With 26 years in Lodi Unified, I'm passionate about helping students succeed. I serve as a high school Career Technical Education (CTE) Counselor and a counselor at Lodi Adult School, guiding students toward academic and career success. My decade as an adjunct counselor at Delta College also honed my skills in supporting postsecondary journeys. Witnessing students achieve their educational goals is my greatest professional joy. Outside work, I enjoy Hawaii, travel, golf, new foods, and time with loved ones.
Our Student Services Department is dedicated to helping adult learners achieve their educational and career goals. We offer academic counseling, transcript evaluations, and individualized guidance. To begin, register online at adulted.lodiusd.net or visit our office. A counselor will then evaluate your transcripts and create a personalized education plan.

Every day, I wake up feeling grateful and blessed for the opportunity to serve our adult learners through the DARTE Program, housed at San Joaquin Delta College. DARTE—Directing Adults on the Right TrAC for Employment—is more than just a program; it’s a pathway to hope, growth, and new beginnings.
With over 10 years of experience in customer service, case management, higher education, and community involvement, I’ve truly found my calling in helping others pursue their dreams through continued education. My heart is deeply rooted in this work—I believe in the power of second chances, lifelong learning, and the incredible strength of our community.
As a Student Services Program Support Coordinator, I’m here not just to guide, but to uplift and empower. I’m proud to be part of a compassionate and dedicated team that shares a common mission: to open doors, create opportunities, and support every individual in reaching their fullest potential. This is more than a job—it’s a blessing to walk alongside our students as they transform their lives.
